The Art of Jewels is pleased to offer the option of FREE USPS Priority Mail Package (for orders under $1000) / FREE FedEx 2 days (for orders under $5000) / FREE FedEx Standard Overnight® (for orders above $5000)
All Engagement Rings will be shipped in accordance with the general rule mentioned above, insured, signature required.
We take extra care to ensure your gift of fine jewelry arrives quickly and securely. All orders are shipped fully insured through our insurance company and can be tracked during transit via the FEDEX/USPS websites.
The product detail page includes a "Shipment Details" section that provides the estimated number of days or weeks it will take before an item is shipped. Please note that delivery days refer to actual business days, as we do not process orders over the weekend. All orders received before noon Pacific Standard Time will be processed the same business day. For an additional charge of $20, overnight shipping for Saturday delivery is available.
A $50 shipping and handling fee will be applied when buying a loose diamond that is less than $1350 without the setting.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a USPS/ Federal Express tracking number via e-mail.
Important Shipping Information
All deliveries must be made to a street address. USPS / Federal Express will not ship to a P.O.Box. Please make sure that a resident of the ship-to address is at home to receive the package. A signature is required.
For security reasons, please make sure to remove any release signatures on file with USPS or Federal Express. A release signature authorizes USPS OR Federal Express to leave packages outside of the designated residence if no one is available to sign for the delivery. The Art of Jewels is NOT responsible for loss, theft, or damage to items left unattended outside your residence.
Shipping to a different address (other than your billing address)
There's nothing better than surprising that special someone with the gift of fine jewelry. If you'd like to keep your purchase a secret, we'd be happy to help you by shipping your order to a destination other than your billing address.
For your own protection against credit card theft and/or fraud, The Art of Jewels must contact the issuing bank or credit card company to verify your address. Before placing your order, be sure to contact your issuing bank or credit card company to ensure that they have your alternate address on file. We cannot process your order until we have verified this information.
If the item you purchase is a gift, we'd be happy to send it directly to the recipient. Simply call Customer Service at 1-888-391-1130 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be prepared to provide the following information:
Custom orders, out-of-stock items or engraved pieces may take longer to ship than what appears under the "Shipment Details" section. If the item you ordered is delayed for any of these reasons, we will send you an e-mail with a new estimated ship date.

International shipping is available outside the U.S. for the following countries with a $125 standard shipping fee: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, Guam, Puerto Rico.

We will ship orders under $25,000 to APO and FPO addresses via USPS priority mail. The arrival times listed are for U.S. addresses and do not generally apply to APO and FPO addresses.
