To receive the full value for your original purchase in the form of a credit, you will need to spend three (3) times more than the original diamond purchase price.
Example: Original diamond purchase price: $1,000. The new net purchase price after all discounts must be $3,000.
If the new diamond purchase price is less than three times the original price, the trade-in value will be one-third of the new purchase price.
Example: Original diamond price: $1,000. The new net purchase price of the diamond after all discounts is $2,100. The trade-in value of the original diamond will be $700 (one-third of the original purchase price).

Your diamond must be in its original condition with the original diamond grading report. The original diamond grading report must be returned in reusable condition. A fee of up to $250 may apply for any damaged reports.
