At the Art of Jewels, we believe in fairness and transparency. That's why we offer one complimentary ring resizing with every purchase. This offer is valid for only one resizing per purchase. Any requests for resizing beyond the initial complimentary service will incur a fee, which will be determined at the time of the request. We strive to ensure that our resizing policy is fair and respectful to all our customers.
EXCLUSIONS
Rings that are not an eternity style can only be sized by one size up or one size down. We will need to remake the rings if it's more significant than that. There will be an extra charge that will be determined at the time of the request.
*Ring Sizing Policy for Clients Outside the United States:* If you are located outside the United States, you are eligible for a one-time reimbursement of up to $75 for your ring resizing costs. To receive this reimbursement for resizing your ring purchased from The Art of Jewels, you must submit a written request to customer.service@theartofjewels.com. Please include the following information in your request:
Eternity Bands and Eternity Settings
When it comes to eternity bands and settings, there are some limitations to resizing. Unfortunately, both can not be sized down. However, we can resize them up by not more than 1/4 of a size. In case that the required reszing is greater that 1/4 of a size up or for any down sizing request, we will need to remake the rings, and there will be an additional charge that will be determined at the time of the request.

Receive Sterling Silver Round Cut 1/3 ctw Lab Grown Diamond Pendant (value $350) with a purchase of $2,000-$4,999, receive Sterling Silver Round Cut 1/2 ctw Lab Grown Diamond Pendant (value $550) with a purchase of $5,000-$7,499, or receive Sterling Silver Round Cut 1 ctw Lab Grown Diamond Pendant (value $950) with a purchase of $7,500 or greater.
